Rohto Lycee Eyedrops for Contacts review

Sorry I have been missing longer than usual from this blog. I have been sick for the past few days and have not felt like doing much. I don't celebrate Christmas, so the last few days have been quite uneventful.

Today I'd like to blog about these eye drops that I have been using for this past month now. They are the oh-so-famous Rohto Lycee Eyedrops for contacts that have been much raved about over the internet (and after I've tried them out, I certainly can see why!).

Rohto eye drops currently aren't available in Canada and I know that this lycee version is very different from the Rohto drops that are sold in the States. These drops are specifically meant for contact lens users, but you can also use them sans contacts. If you have especially dry eyes like myself or live in unforgiving conditions, these drops are amazing.

First I was initially nervous to use them because I was afraid they would make my eyes "burn" from what I've heard of others about Rohto drops. The actual feeling itself was very mild; it's like a cold minty feeling upon contact. It's nothing like burning or when something is in your eye. I feel as though they keep the lenses lubricated for a much longer time than regular eye drops. As for the "lycee" scent, I can only smell a hint of it; it's nothing too strong or noticeable. You are meant to only use 1-2 drops in each eye up to 6 times a day, but I find in general that I use these drops a lot less than regular eyedrops.

In all, I am in love with these eye drops. They are also perfect if you are a circle lenses/colour contacts wearer like myself. I purchased these from candylens.com, but there are other sites you can get them from as well (such as prettyandcute.com).
